Submission terms, conditions and agreement for Zynkids.com
You agree by submitting that you are at least 13 years old, and that the email address provided is that of a person 13 years old or above, and you have the right to submit the email address that you are doing so for the current submission.
Your submission to this site must be original and created by you (not copied), in good taste, legal, accurate and true, non-defamatory, non-threatening, non-confidential, non-infringing of copyrights owned by others and relevant for this site.
The requirements necessary to win any of the contests on ZynKids.com is that for each month a minimum of 100 contestants need to participate in the relevant category.
Any submission made after the 25th of that respective month, will be included in the next months contest in the relevant category.
The winner of all contests held by ZynKids will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by ZynKids.
In case of any disputes, Zynkids.com's decision will be final.
Payments to winners will be made in the form gift vouchers and/or e-gift vouchers equivalent to the stated cash amount. However, ZynKids.com may opt to pay by cash or cheque or by Paypal if they see it as a more convenient option.
Payments and/or gift vouchers will be given 2 weeks after the completion of the month and the announcement of the winner.
You agree to receive the ZynKids Funletter and other promotional emails.
Unless the invitation for submissions on a web page on Zynkids.com specifically states, permits, or requests otherwise, your submission should be non-commercial/non-promotional in nature and should not contain commercial web addresses, e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
Zynkids.com reserves the right to reject your submission, or to edit/delete any parts of it that violate this Agreement, including the right to ban violators from submitting again.
Zynkids.com may also edit to improve clarity (ex., typos).
You certify that you have the right to submit the text and photo(s) and picture(s) that you are submitting.
Your submission signifies agreement to the above and that you agree to grant zynkids.com an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to publicly display your submission on Zynkids.com and use it on Zynkids printed materials and other offline projects.
Submission of all materials including photo(s) or other image(s) is on a non-exclusive basis. You grant Zynkids.com the right to pursue anyone who copies your submission.
Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing their local laws in regard to photo contests and are subject to any local, state, national or international laws. ZynKids accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
ZynKids.com has the right to change, alter, remove or add any of the terms and conditions of the Zynkids website and all contests held by ZynKids.
If you do not wish to grant such rights to Zynkids.com and do not agree with our terms and condtions, it is suggested that you do not submit your contribution to this site and do not make use of this site.
